We not only conduct inspections but also follow three-tier inspection system from the time the orders are placed to the time the product is ex-factory. This three-tier system includes Initial production inspection, Mid-line/during production inspection and final/ pre shipment Inspections; as per the agreed upon AQL level. Quality Assurance process is carried out at each stage starting from the sample development. As the buying agents we take full responsibility from selecting a vendor, selecting good quality material, sending the required sample to the customer for approval prior to starting mass production. Quality is our priority. We work as per the requirements and specification from our valuable customers.
Keeping in mind all rules and regulations laid down by the Indian Government, our Logistics team works closely with the supplier at each step of shipment of goods. All suppliers working with us are provided with a checklist and are trained on protocols to be followed at each stage. Hence only after a receipt of "OK for Shipment" is issued to the supplier, will they go ahead and dispatch the goods. The Logistics department works hand in hand with the Quality Control department. Once the QC department gives a go ahead to the logistics department, they follow up regularly with the clearing and forwarding agents keeping a daily report of activity on the consignment of goods in order to follow up the documents required for shipping. This also helps us keep a track on delivery and meet our commitment with our clients of on time delivery. Our Logistics departments adheres to all regulations of the government and pro actively sends all documentation required for import to the buyer in order to avoid any delay in clearance before the goods reach the destination. We send a final shipping advice with all relevant details of shipment.
